Inspired by French Provençal, Vie has so many custom touches that make for unique, gorgeous photographs. Outdoor ceremonies can be held in their charming courtyard, which allows us to create dreamy photos that feature string lights, a brick backdrop, and a view of the sky through the clear ceiling. There’s an indoor ceremony location as well if you prefer – or need a backup for weather. Since Vie is located in the heart of Philadelphia, there are so many varied and timeless locations to photograph the couple and their wedding party just minutes from the venue, like City Hall, Broad Street, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Vie features three glamorous areas for your cocktail hour, one of which can include a custom ice sculpture and a raw bar. Another includes a custom imported Italian mosaic. Receptions are held in a Grand Ballroom with a lattice ceiling and built-in stage. Vie does flambe at every wedding, so it’s always fun to capture a photo of the couple reacting to the flames coming off the pan.
